Black Belts are expected to work where their baseline data will be either normal or non-normal

In the case wherein baseline data is non-normal; Black Belts assure the data is stable

Work on central tendency “MEAN”

Work on improving central tendencies like Medium, Mode, IQR including Mean

Work on projects were UNIT is defined as “1”

Black Belts are also trained on working in Projects wherein Units => 1; however still recommended to work on projects where Units = 1

Work on data types are either discrete or continuous normal data

Expected to work on projects where data needs to be continuous non normal data while they also work on discrete and continuous normal data
